Sadhana—Day 8

04:00 Asana—30 minutes
Yoga Nidra—30 minutes

Weak from the previous day.  Postures quickly became too much for my body; so, finished with a short nidra session.

05:30 Japa mala—20 minutes.
04:30 Japa mala—30 minutes.
