I’ve been playing with themes and templates this morning and, in the course of my playing, noticed the tag line for this blog:  “The Life and Personal Practice of an LDS Yogi.”  I guess that over the years, I have forgotten why I started writing a yoga blog in the first place.  This thing is about me, about my life and my sadhana.

Well, let’s see what happens from here.
